Planar Sphere

I entered the Planar Sphere, killed some of the halfling warriors, Minsc was confused and i killed the 3 warriors in there.

I completed that quest, received ownership (being a mage) and i was hoping to receive some sub-quests for it, and i read the walkthrough on Planar Sphere and said there should be a wizard to transport in, and i receive some apprentices. Now this hasnt happened, no apprentices, no wizard, nothing.

Am i screwed and have to start again, or can this be corrected? Ive played a bit more in the game and would prefer not to start again.

Yes there is a quest about them after gaining stronghold. Better start again.

You will have to wait a WHOLE day before the wizard with the apprentices comes did you do that?

Yes, i completed the Slave/Gladiator quest at Copper Coronet Inn, im sure i slept a few times then and i recently loaded my game just outside the Sphere, slept 5x in a row, no wizard. So i walked in/out of the sphere. Nothing. Or do you mean a BG2 day or a real-life day?

What exactly do the apprentices do? If they are fairly useless and only contain sub-quests, i wont waste me time starting again.

Have you sent the knights home? If not then go to Ribald. I haven't played mage stronghold but I think you must solve the Solamnic Knights first. Then the mage should appear.

Hmm Everytime I played the mage stronghold...
after I got ownership of the sphere. I went back inside and spoke to the leader of the solomic knights. thats when she asks you to help them get back home. Immediately after that Teo appears and the sub quests begin shortly after that. Have they knights asked you for help or did you kill them...Try talking to thier leader.

Well yes, i messed up with my original message, when i said "warriors" i meant to say "knights". So yes, the knights are dead, no one is alive in sphere, so basically i need to start again.
