Question about a Rune
How does the Ohm add "50% Enhanced Damage"? Does it calculate the addition based on the weapon's base damage, or does it use the weapon's total damage? For example, if a weapon does 100 damage and has 100% enhanced damage, giving it a total of 200 damage, will an Ohm add 50 damage or 100 damage? I'm guessing it's the former, but hoping it's the latter.
You're guessing correct. The ohm, and enhanced damage jewels, will add to the weapons base damage. The only damage bonus that will effectively add to the total damage is from ethereal weapons.

States that it adds to base damage.
Zoding weapons such as Death Cleaver's is popular because of the large of amount of Enhanced Damage (which multiplys the base damage which is increased by Etherealness) and Deadly Strike.
I'm not completely certain that the +damage from Grief is not multiplied (seeing as the damage is bugged so as not to display on the LCS), however Eth Griefs are exceptionally rare (and the richest people can afford masses of duped Lo's).

"Heya! Have you been to Baldur's Gate? I've been to Baldur's Gate... Oops, stepped into something. Have you stepped into something?"
We are misunderstanding each other. The point with ethereal weapons is that it is multiplied separately from enhanced damage. An ohm rune is not. That means ethereal weapons will effectively multiply with the total damage discounting +damage modifiers. +damage is added last.
edit-
which seems to be what you have written already...
