Bioware or Obsidian to create KOTOR 3 if KOTOR 3 is made?

Now I want to know which one you want to create KOTOR 3 if it is made? Bioware (KOTOR 1 creaters) or Obsidian? (KOTOR 2 creaters) I personally think Bioware should create KOTOR 3 if KOTOR 3 is made. Because KOTOR 1 did alot better then KOTOR 2 and just think how good Bioware did creating KOTOR 1 when there was such low technology for the gaming world. They still succeded in winning many awards for KOTOR 1. And Obsidian only got just one game of the year away for KOTOR 2. Not to mention Obsidian created KOTOR 2 about 2 years after KOTOR 1 and still no big difference in game graphics not to me at least. So anyways I think Bioware should. What do you guys think?
