I got some chars in the inn since previous level of difficulty.
All of them are 20 or something levels and absolutely useless at this time.
The question is: how can i replace them? Cause there is 40lvl chars who want to join to me now.

A button "Release" is not active.

If companions get far enough away from your level (by like 20 levels) then they'll jump up to about your level when you take them out of the inn. If you buy a lot of pets and put them in the inn, then sometimes the "release" button will work for companions on the second page of the list.

DON'T add to ur party chars from the inn imediately u go on veteran!!!
it's possibly a bug on my version but if u add one.u won't be able to acces ur last save game...i had to reinstall ds2 and play from a backup copy(verry important & usefull for "lore of Aranna" quest)
better to hire them when they'll apear in game...(they'll probably be with 1-2 levels behind)
PS:U can't add 2 simmilar chars to ur party(ex: 2 Deru-s or 2 Sartan-s)
