Balamar won't drink elvin ale, said it was rot gut and he will only drink civilized spirits. Nearly killed him over it. But, I guess I need to get him something more to his liking ifin I want to get his meat. who do I need to blast to get his horsepi** for Balamar??

So the one from Fenella in Eriulan doesn't work? Then it must be a bug though admittedly this is one I have never heard off. Well, try the backup saved games if nothing else works (providing you didn't save twice after reaching him).
