How do you add more companions

I have 4 people and I wanted add more and the Inn keeper says I have to be a Warrior. Lothar was a Warrior but is more than that now. I still cant add a pet or person to my crew. How do I do it?

I think she says you have to be a veteran, meaning you have to advance to the next difficulty before you can add more characters to your party.

I have the problem that I wanna lose some companions ... dont wanna have them in the inn how to delete them or disband them for ever.

what is the reason for not having them in the inn?

on first encounter you say no, you got no skills i need some compansion will leave then IIRC

You can't disband any party members once they are in your party. You can only release pets back into the wild.
