Any idea where I can pick up another scroll of it in Sigil besides the curiosity shop? I've looked everywhere(even checked if Lothar might of carried one!) but can't seem to find it, although I recall seeing it somewhere else besides the Curiosity Shop . I'm not sure, but that mage in the Private Sensorium may have one. Also, there are several pipes in the game that let you cast the spell.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
