An unknown skill

i was going through the game and came across an item that gave a skill that i had not seen in any other class. its called thunderclap i think. now am i just over looking a class or is it a skill that isnt listed. the only other idea i have is that it is from cross-classing. which also leads me to ask if you gain new different skills by cross-classing a character.

I don't think you get any different skills by dual-classing. It seems weird that an item would boost thunderclap for it's Wisp's skill, if you have storm as mastery there's a skill called wisp which calls forth a wisp with some abilities. The wisp gains a new ability at level 5 and that's thunderclap.
