DS2: BW - Secondary Quest: Missing

Has anyone found her? I searched all the way South and didn't find her. There was an outlook post that is near the river which looks like you could walk down the hill but I am unable to make that happen.

Can anyone tell me about the Dead Wounded Woman in the refuge camp in Arnith - it is a green dot but no action.

I had the same problem with the refugee camp, I think it was something that was taken out, but the dot was left on the map.

I can't remember exactly where I found Liza (Eliza?) ... But I think it was after I started Act II.

Eliza is in the travelers sanctuary, which is found in the very back of one of those caves with the blue flames at the entrance. (name of the cave is A Winding Cavern) You have to have to have the staff from a previous quest to open the cave , AND THEN, you have to have celia's password (also from another previous quest) to get past the gatekeeper stone thingy and she is in that last area.

I must have missed the quest to get the pass word from Celia! Which quest is it and where do I find it?? I have the staff and opened one of the caves
