Increase party size

Increase party size

I have the max of 4, but when i try to get more it says i have to be a vetran. IS that achived after a certain level or is there something i am missing?

You can only increase your party size beyond 4 when you go up difficulty levels.

so i have my party on 5 members now
when i try to upgrade to 6 it tells me that only one person is allowed to do that
what person is that?
