slow npc leveling

hi all,

I am in the second difficulty level, and decided to trade out my frost elemental for an archer, all of my characters are lvl 61, but the archar came on as level 48, and he levels just as slow as everyone else, is there a way I can catch him up? Im about to go on to vet level, and he just gets creamed right now!

It helps but its no fun but start over or from where you picked up the new follower and for example you are in the castle Snowbrook Haven and go to Aman'lu to get Finala travel again the entire route to over land to Snowbrook Haven. Finala will level up and has in games I've played.

i would put the level 48 back in the inn.. and level the 61s up to 68 and then pull the 48 which will be leveled to near 68 out with the 20 level inn catch up deal, otherwise it will just keep dieing in the game.

The archer that you put in your party isn't VIX is it??? I just finished the Merc level with a new character and picked up Vix this go around. That guy should have been a zombie instead of a human. He died so many times it wasn't even funny. ...and it wasn't a level problem. When I would get attacked...everything would go right after him. Why I stuck with him till the end, I will never know. Kind of sad to watch as my fighter would ready himself for the charge, only to have all the baddies run right past him so they could attack Vix. I read sometime back someone complaining of the samething. I guess what I am saying, is if your archer is VIX, don't look for the situation to change even if he is the same level. Cause you are still going to be one party member short in half your battles.
