Does Veteran mean better goodies?

I have just started the 2nd level, i.e. Veteran and am a bit surprised to find just the usual stuff. Even in the shops they do not offer better items.

What good is Veteran for, just for the fighting ? The quests I know, secrst levels as well - but where are the better items?

And why do I find lots of duplicates of set items during game play as soldier ???

I loved the first go - even better than Diablo - but Veteran (at the moment at least) is no real fun !

keep going!

there's a lot of duplication but build up your magic find. I'm almost at 100% magic find for each of my characters and after the first few quests as a veteran you'll start finding TONS of new stuff. I don't even know what to do with it all.

Thanks for the reply, I will try my best - but how do I use the magic find ? Who has to wear the 'Find' item ? My main character, or can it be one of my partners?

My main character is an archer and I do not want to spoil his dexterity level with 'find' items.

are set and unique items included in "magic find"??
