I give up, I've been searching the lower nile up and down and I cannot seem to find this reptile/man for this quest.
I'd really like to get this one done as I have every single other quest done and that's usually my goal when playing a character.
Can someone get a screenshot of where I need to kill these reptile/man creatures so I can get this quest done and overwith (I literally spent an hour and a half looking for them).

I'm playing TQ tonight and I think you are talking about the village in egypt. There is a merchant north of the village kind of by himself...is that the one?
Anyhow if you go west you will hit some water (west from the village not the merchant). You can walk in the water and there are the crocodile men in it. Kill them and keep going south along the water swampy area. I think to complete the quest you have to kill all the crocodiles along the coast. It takes 5 minutes max. The coast wraps around south and cuts in to the east.

Ahh, yep, that's the quest alright.
