Okay, I currently level 22 and I have 15 unused and I'm not sure where to put them. I have Warfare and DM as my masteries. Here is what I'm sitting at currently

Now, where would be the best place to put the unused ones? Also, I have another question about onslaught and Psionic Touch. Which is better? PT seems like it can do more damage, but it looks like it is more vitality then standard, am I reading that correct? Any help would be awesome. (Oh, by the way, my health is currently at 2770 so its not really an issue on health)
