are there any mods for verson 1.30? help

hi i was wondering if there were any mods for titan quest 1.30 (the latest patch) such as the mod for version 1.20 were it magnifies the chance of getting epic or legendery items, because ive found 5 epic items so far and iam on act 3 about to kill the telkine, iam pretty annoyed i havent found more, any help thanks.
