After 2 run on ACT II still can find shourd of eternal night
I am playing rogue. I have done 2 run on Normal Act II because there are lots of assasin there. assasin? because shroud of eternal night should be related to assasin. am i wrong? or should i look elsewhere. Please help. 2 run is a lot on act II.

Lesser Artifact : shourd of eternal night
Actually I am looking for the lesser artifate shourd of eternal night. My guess is that it should be somewhere in act II because it seems to be related to assasin and act II has lots of assasin. I have completed act II twice just looking for the artifact. Am i out of luck? Am I looking in the correct location? or should i look elsewhere? Please help. 2 run is a lot and sometimes fall asleep during the run.

First off, items such as arcane formula are completely random, they appear in random locations, and you need an arcane formula to MAKE the artifact, you'll never find an artifact in game.
Secondly, there are no assassins in act two. There are no assassins in the entirety of the game.
