Need Help With Battlemage!!!

Well basically im a level 25 battlemage that has around 135dps and i need help to make a good build.

My suggestion is to not spread yourself so thin. Spreading your points out throughout all those skills with 1-4 points, in my opinion, is a waste this early. I suggest you start out by finishing off the mastery itself first. This will allow you to wear better gear that will help your character survive easier. Then move on to Earth - Golem.

I had another question because earth and warfare r both offensive based should i duel wield??? i do 190dps without it

i'm using eternal ward of tartarus set, but just the head gear n armor
may dps about 1600 ++ with onslaught, crit about 3000 ++
attack speed 154%
my weapon 2 thunder bolt
my resist fire 80, cold 67, lighting 80, poison 30, piercing -12
