Can I take a character from a custom game, to the main game imortal throne?

No, you can't. And the reason is is because a custom game might have items or something that differ from the original game.
You can go from Multiplayer to IT, but not custom.

The Defiler can copy a custom character to main quest...however, I only just today came up with the code required to create a new check for the caravan files, so those will be lost unless you wait for a new Defiler (3.3.1).
