After finishing the Secret Passage in Epic mode, i received an item that has the following stats:

Name: *
115 Frostburn
5.0% Chance of 5.0 Second(s) of Freeze
24% Slowed for 5.0 Seconds
+1.4 Enegry Regeneration per second

Grants Skill: ***

It can be equiped as a weapon....

Any know what it is? (can't find it in the item database).

its a snow ball.
take your sheild off and you can equip it.
it gives you a spell that let you throw multiply snow balls.
no req at all so it would be nice to put on a new char
