action hesitates

When I am playing sometimes my character hesitates, when running, teleporting, etc. Anyone else have this problem?

My system is an Asus SLI-Premium MB
AMD 64X2
3800+ 2.01 Ghz
2 Gb RAM
NVIDIA GEforce 7800GTOC 256 MB PCI-E

Any suggestions?

Nothing can be done, it's a few programming error's that can't be helped right now.
