Mana Reserve
Hi I was wondering if anyone can tell me just how the mana reserve works. I finally got my Oracle to where he is kicking serious butt, however when I suited up a complete set of Adapt I lost over 10% of my mana into reserve that never seems to activate.
How does it work?
Thank you in advance

Whenever you use a continually active skill that costs mana, it basically just permanently decreases your mana points until you dispel that skill.
So a skill like Flame Surge or something that gives a constant continual bonus to fire damage on weapons will cost mana and you just can't get that mana back until you turn off flame surge.

some skills have mana reserve some have active energy cost. Reserve takes up a constant amount of mana and active energy drains at a certain rate per second.
Some gear reduces reserve costs eg pythagorus amulet
