Dual wield route to the end???
Has anyone taken the dual wield route to the end of it's skills? Maxed the skill and all its sub skills out in otherwards? Just wonder if it was worth pursuing...I started out that way, but was getting killed so much it wasn't even funny. It took me forever to kill the first telkin. Dumped my points and put them into onslaught and some in my nature skills and noticed the effects instantly. Just wonder if anyone has found dual wield a route worth taking. If so, is there something that you find compliments it as well?
By endgame you should either have the tree maxed or else not dual wield and use a shield.
By putting 1 pt in dual wield you get a more offensive GEAR setup and lose your shield. The gear is more offensive because you have double the offensive mods on swords and things. But you have very little chance of hitting with both weapons at once. Once you have the base skill maxed you now have about 20% chance of DW procing. The rest of the skills are for getting more proc but actually you get less for each point in them (than the base DW skill). Hew is great for taking down big guys and bosses. Tumult and crosscut help with mobs.
It also depends on gear you find. If you find 2 sabertooths with good mods you will rock in normal most likely.
I also find it a fun character to watch and see all the moves.
I would take dodge for sure and maybe eventually warhorn. But to each his own. And definitely heart of oak. You might take more hits without a shield so you gotta be absorbing the punishment.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
