I'm in early Normal and have just picked up this scroll. As I've found out I cannot sell it to a merchant, it must be used for something.
There's no requirement for it in the Side Quest log, so is it needed for a special Quest ?

These items, that look like Journals, Diaries, Letters or simply something easter egg humorous have no purpose in the game other than a delightful smile.
