Hi guys,
I'm currently building a slayer and have noticed that the speed bonus that should be present in woodlore is not showing up on the character. I'm using dual wield with two swords. Does anyone know if this is a glitch in TQIT?

Could be me, but respeccing from a shield build to a dual wield/onslaught build lowered my DPS from about 1100 to 800 while I'm wearing two legendary items. Of course when my onslaught is ticking up, the DPS increases to about 1200 but I have the feeling the figures aren't correct. I feel, at least, like I'm doing way way more damage then while I was wearing a shield.
I treat the values as indicational and go with my feeling of doing uber cruel damage.
I read that you really can't trust the game descriptions; most skills do way different things than their descriptions says they do.

Woodlore only applies to spears and bows.
Edit Liiara, The dps screen cannot accurately calculate DW dps because it doesn't take into account DW procs (when both weapons hit). The DPS is just the average damage of the weapons for the speed.
Edit: reason for second edit: so original posters question stands out (my answer)

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

@Liara, please stay on topic. This isn't about damage amounts or DPS, it's about the differentiation in skills.
Thank you.
Thank you.
