oracle help

i have been playing for a bit, and have realized that my character sucks. i am playing in normal at lvl 30, with lightning, chain lightning, and the %to lightning at max, with ternion attack at 10. any advice?

Ive actually got an oracle at level 29 that does pretty well. Its handy to put alot of points into the death chill tree because it reduces enemy health and speed. Also ternion is a massive energy drainer and doesnt really help ur elemental a whole lot so maybe stay away from that skill for a while unless you have alot of energy regen and leech or if you have it maxed with + skills. Also i prefer ice shards to lightning, they have 0 recharge and can be very effective early on but also very energy taxing so buy a lot of pots. Furthermore i dont know how ur allocating ur attribute points but you should really concentrate on adding points to intelligence because it increases ur elemental dmg. For every 4 attribute points u get u should add 3 points to intelligence and 1 to either energy or dex. Also don't rush through the game if u can help it try to level as much as possible in places like egypt and greece, it makes you more of a menace to your enemies and ur alot harder to kill. My advice is to get to level 30 by the end of greece, 40-45 by the end of Egypt.

My character is now a level 33, and does about 350dmg per second. dont know if this includes ternion attack, or lightning. my intelligence is aroud 500, as i have been putting most attribue points into it. my energy did not run out when i was fighting typhon. my regen rate is 15. does the deathchill aura drain constantly, or is it a one time thing.?

Aura's are active at about the full effect per 1 second.
