finished elite mode: whats next?

hello,

i finished elite mode and i was wondering besides the expansion, is there anything left to do? like the chickens in ds1?

as a game similar to diablo its not about playing it through. Its about gaining max level/best stuff and bragging with it in multiplayer. THough i agree its quite pointless in singleplayer. And clientside based "open Bnet" multiplayer isnt exactly great either. Try to collect best stuff i'd suggest. Or start a new game with other classes.

i was hoping there is something like a chicken lvl like in ds1
ds1 ending was so rich compared to ds2

i know there is the mod for ds2 but i like official stuff
