I searched the forum for this and found nothing. Did anyone know about this :
In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007)
If so, is it worth watching?

I've never seen it but it does have some rather notable actors in it. I say its worth a shot. I nominate you as the guinea pig to watch it and report back to the rest of us.

I remember being the guinea pig for my friends once. It was for the Dungeons & Dragons movie...

ya I watched it and own it. It's accually a really good movie. I accually had this game un-opened for a few years untill I watched it and it got me into this game.

I saw the movie also, it was nice and it is worth seeing, quite entertaining and it also is with Jason Statham

I was a fan of Dungeon Siege LONG before I saw the movie.... so when I saw the movie, I was appalled.

Great cast. Not badly written. WHAT WERE THEY DOING? They basically were like "Who gives about the story in the game!" took the names of characters, races, and places, and put them over an entirely different universe. I probably would have liked the movie if I hadn't been hung up on the fact that it was supposed to be a Dungeon Siege tale. And that? That had NOTHING to do with Dungeon Siege!

...sorry, I get a little heated about movies.

I saw this movie when it came out in theaters and took a bunch of my friends who don't really play that many video games.... and now they never let me pick a movie to watch. They hated it so much, and I thought it was so horrible it was more comedic than anything else, I was laughing the whole time. Also it has nothing to do with the games...... at all.

I have it, and I actually like it, though it doesn't have that much to do with the games itself, except for like almost every important name in DS. I actually missed watching a Valdis there though

but i really don't think there will be a DS 2 movie. Still, it's worth the view.
