About feed pet: light naiad & necrolithid

Should I feed them by magi staff to improve their intelligence or fighter armor to keep high alive rate?

Most argue that increasing the survivability of "mage" pets is better that trying to increase their offensive potential because they all tend to be pretty weak in that area compared with hirelings. AFAIK, the Ice Elemental's power freezes baddies in place just as well regardless of his INT, so keeping him alive and kicking as he gets up close and personal with his AoE is more important than getting him to eek out a little more damage.
