does the dream mastery's new damage type counts as elemental or is it like valality that dosnt gain by any attribute?
thats what I understand too. It benefits from int and % electrical burn gear. But not % elemental and not % lightning. (actually not sure about the % elemental but I don't think fire and frost burns benefit from that actually either)
