I need help about Artifact Creating

Hi, i need help and i think u can help me. i am new in titan quest and so i dont now much. so i can ask you about creating artifact. i loot all of req. of formula and put them on their slots. when i click on the creat button then click yes the game is closing. where made i mistake. if i have any mistake sorry for bad english. thank you. here is the picture. its helps you more then my english. =)

Try the forum of Titan Quest
They know more about the game on a technical level. I can't help you beyond that, sorry.
