Helena Blake

According to the Presidum walk-thru, there's supposed to be a character named Helena Blake hanging around near Barla Von's place......except she's never there. I've done just about every quest here, made Specter, etc...What trigger's her appearance ?????

Playing the story. She was there for me after completing two story planets.

Yes...I just ran across some other Blakes on Feros...that's probably the trigger.

Are those Blakes related to her though? I wondered that before myself.

She's a criminal and they're just colonists.

If I remember right, you could get the quest after being a spectre.
Otherwise, it was after completing 1 of the 3 major planets (Feros, Noveria, Therum).

Helena Blake stands on the road that goes from Bank-Emporium shop to Asari Consort's place. She leans to the bars on the left side of the road and has a red dress.

Gives a quest that takes you to 2 planets, and waits for you at another planet for quest delivery.

The becoming to Spectre should be the only trigger, as I got the quest before visiting any of those three planets. I even finished the quest before visiting those planets.
