Just installed IT how do i start from hades?

when i chose my char it starts from the beginning for TIQ and not in hades...
please help...

You can't start in hades you will have to kill Typhon in the IT game and then a portal to hades will open and you will get the rhodes teleport.

The expansion to TQ works much like the expansion to Diablo 2, you still have to play all the way through and I would recommend you start over, to get a full experience of what the expansion has to offer.
