Pet Dragon Dragon Scales spell missing

Pet Dragon Dragon Scales spell missing

My Lapdragon is lvl 38, and has reached the third growth stage. He has the Dragon Scale spells, but now it's missing. It's simply not there with his abilities, and I noticed it before.
Any ideas how to cure bug?
