Well, I do know that the walkthrough says that I have to do the quests to find the Regent, deal with the plaguebearers Downtown(as well as telling Strauss about it), and deal with the Gargoyle without Issac knowing who created it. But it seems that the options to chose Camarila loyalty either still aren't there, or there is something I didn't do.
As it is, even doing those quests, the options seemed to point to either siding with LaCroix or the Anarchs, and of course the personal ending. Anything else that I'd have to do to get this ending?

iirc you have to dig a little deeper while talking to the taxi driver. Decline this, decline that etc. Show preference for Camarilla but distrust LaCroix. If you did the quests as you mentioned the taxi driver will finally mention whether you think one of the camarilla elders has the guts to oppose LaCroix, then you can mention Strauss.
