Hello, I am starting to play Icewind Dale 2 for the first time and, coming from Baldur's Gate 2 I would like to ask if Ranger / Cleric dual classing have, as in BG 2 the possibility of getting all Druid and Cleric spells, as in if after stop leveling with Ranger you still have enabled the potential to gain new levels of Druid spells as you grow in Cleric levels.
In IWD2 rangers get ranger spells, not druid spells. Unlike in BG2 the rules are implemented properly, neither class has an effect on the spellcasting ability of the other.
Multiclassing is a very effective way to cripple your cleric in IWD2.
