Currently, my party has Minsc, Korgan, Edwin, Jan, and Jaheria and my PC is a Mage. I know that Minsc and Edwin will have a fight eventually so I want to have replace Minsc with another fighter. But it seems all the good fighters (like Keldorn) will be against Edwin at last. But I do want to have Edwin in the party.
So any suggestions?
Suggestion for Party with Edwin

I don't think that Keldorn actually has a fight with Edwin. Either way, there is an evil fighter available in ToB. A welcome alternative to a fighter type character (and in my opinion the best other option) is Haer' Dalis. His class can be easily changed to suit any station that you may encounter. He can be your tank, your offensive fighter, your archer or even another mage, maybe one dedicated to buffing up the party.
You can also try Anomen. Though many people find him annoying, he is a good fighter who doesn't fight with Edwin. Same goes for Mazzy, who has some abilities of a Paladin.

“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”
Take Anomen and turn him evil ......... baaahahaha!
Seriously though with your party having only Jaheira for divine casting (who is a druid and will be stuck on L13 for ever) Anomen would be a good fit as a tank/buffer.
Chrenshinibon is correct on Haer'Dilas though. Blade is an increadibly flexible kit and Haer gets a nice little cheated bonus thanks to bioware not to mention his "special equipment".

Once again time to give someone the boot to make room for Coran. LOL
