SoU Mummified hand glitch

SoU Mummified hand glitch

So I've taken the Mummified hand in that quest which requires me to collect 4 artifacts, brought them back to the base along with Dragon's tooth, and in the dialogue with that chick I can only talk about and give her the Dragon's tooth. When she asks me if I have any other relics, the only option for me to say is "no", when in fact I also have a Mummified hand in my inventory. :(
How can I fix this?? :(
