I apologize in advance for how many questions I have here. I let them accumulate for too long...
Quests:
1. When talking to HK-47 he mentions that he would speculate the HK-50 models are being produced in a factory, and that I would need to destroy that factory to stop them. Where is this factory, and how do we trigger this mission?
2. Is it possible to meet with/kill G0T0? A few times the game hints at a possible meeting with the actual G0T0 and I never was presented with this opportunity. What did I miss? Or is it just skipped over?
3. I picked up an item called "maneuvering flaps" and it says that they are used in the construction for air speeders. Is this the beginning of a quest?
Game Mechanics:
1. In the Shien Lightsaber Form it says "note that improvements to Attack Modifier also aid in Blaster Bolt Deflection." Is this always true of the Attack Modifier? If so, why does it only say it here? Grrr!!!
2. Is the following correct?
- "Critical hit Attack Modifier" (Juyo form): Increases the chance for a critical hit.
- "Critical Multiplier +1" (Shien form): If your critical hit would normally result in (your damage) x2, it would result in (your damage) x3.
- "Weapon Threat Range +1" (Ataru form): The exact same as the Juyo form: Critical hit attack modifier.
Thanks so much for your help.

Questions about Quests and Game mechanics
"Duty is heavier than a mountain, death is lighter than a feather."
Quests:
1. No, it was cut from the final game.
2. Patience, or check the walkthrough.
3. The flaps, combined with some other parts, allow you to repair the airspeeder on Narshadaa and use it to transport yourself between areas. You have to repair it before a certain point, though. You can find it with the Sirroco gang. Anton/Bao-Dur should be able to repair it.
Mechanics:
1. Blaster Deflection: the shooter makes an attack roll, the Jedi does as well, and if the Jedi rolls as high or higher, he deflects the bolt.
If he succeeds by more than 10, he reflects it back, with his roll as the attack roll. Not 100% of this last part.
So, yes, attack rolls are you primary form of defense against blaster attacks.
2. Every assumption is correct.

Spoiler
From what I could gather from speaking with G0-T0, he is a robot masquerading as a living being. Speculation: On Telos, the Ithorian leader mentions losing a droid intelligence unit. Could this possibly be G0-T0?
Love is just a chemical. We give it meaning by choice ~ Eleanor Lamb, Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams
If you get a high (90 per cent I think) INF with the droid GOTO gives you and then explore all the dialogue options, you will find out all about GOTO, as well as being explicitly told what happened to the first droid which disappeared on Telos. Most generic 'evil killings of innocents' which give/lose INF will work to gain INF with GOTO.
