What affect does the status 'nauseated' have on your characters?

Bit of THAC0 and/or Strength penalties, I believe. Nothing scary. Rest or wait if you expect a tough battle ahead, otherwise just keep going.

LOL, "nauseated"??? I've never had that one. What happens to make that state appear?
