Starving for monsters to kill or advancement points?

Well here is a little clue if most of you haven't figured it out yet there is one of two ways to do this. One is once you make it to the Dragon lands to retireve your egg don't kill all the dragons that are sitting on thier nests those are the female dragons. They will come out to get you if you get too close to them then once your far enough away from them they go back to thier nests unlike the ones you find that actually chase after you. First kill all the dragons you see running around then you can sit back from a distance and kill the females that are sitting on the nests but this brings me to my suggestion leave one of the female dragons gaurding her egg alone and you do get more dragons later than you do if you kill them all off. But even if you kill them all off you still get dragons but just not as many. You get over 230,000 points for killing a female dragon were as you get just over 201,000 for killing a male dragon.

The next way takes longer to do but if you save up all your advancement points and just kill off the monsters you will start getting more and more things to kill and get them more often. Right now I'm playing a Elf Female that is level 18 with just over 10,000,000 advanvement points saved up and I'm getting groups of monsters about every 2 or 3 minutes out in the forbbiden lands as well as in the north lands and around Arindale. Wthere is also one last way to get some good advancement points and this really works of you've save yourself up at least 2,000,000 or more. Go to what I call Moon Beast Island out in Lost Lake and make your way to the Celestial Shrine and back flip up onto one of the shrines archways and get yourself on the top of it. From there you can hit the Moon Beast with any sort of ranged attack. Any of the Nova type spells, except for Ice Nova work best. Your can even use some nether spells Drain Life is best as well as Celestial spell Lightening. You may have to go way out to the edge of the arch to get them sometimes but don't worry even though it looks like your standing on air you won't fall provided you don't go to far. There is one final spell I found works the best of all and that is the level 12 Arcane spell Cataclysim. So good luck and fun gaming.

I've found that the Moonbeasts are one of the better spots for levelling, IMO, I agree with you there

Unfortunately, if I save up more than a couple of million advancement points, I stop getting encounters almost completely until I've spent them.

Can anyone definitively confirm exactly how unspent adv points influence encounter rate?
