Hello.
I can't seem to be able to activate the Sick Mabari quest when I speak to the kennel master.
All I can get him to say to me is that he is getting ready for the war and stops talking.
I'm I doing something wrong to activate this?
If anyone has any input, please let me know.
Thanks.

I believe it depends on if you have the herbology skill or not whether he actually gives you the quest. If you do NOT have the skill, you will still get the quest in a roundabout way. Find the flower in the Wilds and when you go to pick it one of the NPCs will talk to you about the flower and mention that the kennel master is offering a reward for a "rare herb". Bring the flower back to the Kennel Master and it will progress from there.

I don't think you can activate that quest by talking to him if you're a human noble. Instead, try finding the flower. One of your group members should express the kennel master's needs.

You don't need herbalism, as my rogue doesn't have that skill and got the quest before going to the Wilds.Ragin Cajun wrote:Spoiler.Spoiler

So I'd guess that, as Cren said, you can't activate the quest via the kennel master if you're a human noble (due to the fact that you already have a dog, would be my guess).
