Paladin wielding Holy Avenger Sword: Just like paper & pencil D&D?

Is the Paladin wielding the Holy Avenger Sword in the Temple of Elemental Evil just like the paper & pencil D&D?

Anyone play as a paladin and find it?

What's the easiest way to get it?

I do not believe there is a holy avenger in ToEE. I have never found it and have not seen any reference to it in any boards, guides or spoilers.
