There is no way possible to convince Morrigan to stay with you. You only have the option to keep her around for the final battle so long as you allow her to do the ritual with either you or another warden.
The ritual was her entire reason for being with you on the journey in the first place. She leaves immediately if she isn't allowed to do it, and if she is allowed she leaves anyway to carry out her task. She may care about the PC, but she will not allow such emotion to sway her from whatever it is she intends to do afterward. Nothing you can do can change her leaving at the end of the game.

As BS eloquently noted, Morrigan has an agenda that does not really include human emotional attachments. She is a vessel of a destiny that was artfully crafted years ago by a skilled artisan who had centuries of practice. Morrigan was raised to be a borderline ferral creature and she does not have the capacity to escape her destiny or her swamp witch roots. To take the most generous view, perhaps her leaving is an act of charity toward the PC, given the difficult road she has been forced to travel.
Those who will play with kitties must expect to be scratched.
