Trying to defeat Moire at Fidelis House (Informant) and even before I decided to put game play on easy just for this battle, I was slicing and dicing through the thugs easily. I've got Khelgar, Qara and Neeshka at this point, armed to the teeth, throwing spells and summoning creatures, giving it all they've got. Thugs.. no problem, but even when I've managed to 'knock down' Moire, she's not taking any damage despite hacking down on her with the whole party! Any tips???

There's probably a cut scene that should play when you reach Moire, and it didn't trigger properly. I'd suggest loading your game and trying again.
