A feat to help move faster while sneaking

Hey, I swear I can remember a feat or class special ability that reduces movement penalties when taking a double move or, perhaps even run, while attempting to move silently. Can anyone remember what it is and where I can find it?

Either Races of the Wild, or Heroes of Battle has such a feat. Crystal Keep Home Page might also help you to locate it.
