Spoiler
This Quest is actually given in Lothering, when you talk to Ser Donall. You can go straight to Genitivi's house in Denerim from Lothering and complete the Quest. It is also enough to end Lothering's availability, and triggers Zevran's appearance.
I have done this (to this point), so it works (as of 1.02 PC patch). Apparently, if you do this before going to Redcliffe, Bann Teagan is a bit Awestruck with you.
Also, if you don't mind "being rude", there is a THIRD way not mentioned in the Walkthru to find out about the False Weylon's Lie. Simply insist on opening the Door to the back room. He'll try to stop you, but if you insist on it, he'll attack, even on the first time entering the house. The body is in the back from the begining of the game. It's Rude (as I mentioned), since in Real Life, one simply does NOT roam freely around other people's homes without permission (which "Weylon" does not give), but when has THAT ever stopped anyone in a game? :mischief:
I think both should just simply be mentioned somewhere on the current page setup rather that re-arrainging the site, since you don't actually get told that you need to do this quest until after the battle of Redcliffe and the Connor issue.
