Need Help Getting All Saves Mod to Work

Hi,

I recently tried adding the Arrana Legacy and All Saves mods to my installation of DS2+BW, but the All Saves mod doesn't seem to be working correctly.

When I try starting with the All Saves shortcut I get the little box on my screen that says "DS2:BW All*Saves Loading..." with a smaller text below that says "SeeFar Hack:" with the little check box and a "Launch" button on the very bottom. However, when I try clicking on the "Launch" button I get an error message that reads "Cannot find or load Dungeon Siege 2!"

I read all the installation instructions for the mods and followed them exactly as far as I can tell. I also tried searching this forum before asking this, but only found answers posting links to the All Saves mod, not any information on this error or how to fix it.
