The Mod Compatability Thread (WIP)

Post by dragon wench »

I just did this in the Oblivion Forum, and I figured, may as well do it here too.

Almost all of us who play Morrowind on PC use mods, and as most people know, mods can conflict with one another.

Any type of mod can cause conflicts, but quest mods especially, since it can be hard to know if the areas they modify will overlap.

So I'll begin by noting the quest/dungeon/landmass mods I have installed (at this point I haven't added a deluge of quest mods to my game, I likely will later on). I'm fairly certain these play nicely together, please feel free to correct me if I'm misguided:

Julan
LGNPC Ald'Ruhn
LGNPC Vivec Redoran
Jasmine
Constance
Balmora Expansion
Leyawiin

(note that the above list is not necessarily a reflection of load order)

These links that do much the same will be useful as well:
http://gmml.pbworks.com/Mod+Conflicts
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/V ... il&id=6000

So, this is designed as a thread where people can both ask about compatibility and list mods they have found run well together. And, since I can (: D), I'm making the thread a sticky, because I think it will be useful.

Please do not ask more general mod-related questions here, we have existing threads for that, or if your question isn't covered by existing threads, feel free to create a new one.
