Anyone with experience dealing with Atari/Bioware

Post by Ragin Cajun »

I have so many old games laying around that it's hard to keep track of them all. I recently got back into Oblivion and then back into Morrowind and have been active in those forums as of late. Anyway, yesterday I noticed a post in NWN2 and thought...hey I own that game...somewhere.

So I went digging and found the original NWN and the three addons for it. Finally found NWN2 and the game guide I had bought for it. However, I can't find my owners manual that came with the game.

(inserting here to stop flaming..lol) Yes, it's a legit game. I have the original box with Best Buy tags and the $49.99 price sticker. I keep all my game CDs in a CD binder and I can't find the owners manual or jewel box that evidently hold the CD key.

I went to the Bioware site and routed to support and have filed a ticket to hopefully get help. I've followed their directions and taken photos of the box and CD. On the ticket, there was no place to submit the photos, so I guess they ask for that in the next phase of support.

Bottom line question...has anyone used their support? How long do they normally take to reply? And have they resolved issues?

I'm sorry, can't help you there. If the problem here is a missing manual then you might want to consider replacementdocs.com.

i have no idea. so have they gotten back with you?

shouldn't they have some registration database (assuming you did that?)

i usually write the codes on the disc itself, just for this very reason.

Do you have your old logon ID for bioware forums? if so, log in, and go to register games, and your keys will be sitting there (assuming of course you registered them). Otherwise, simply buy new copies of the game: Things like NWN Diamond can be had for $20 I believe.
