Tried it with Win 7 64-bit. Ran fine without any problems. In case you run into problems, use the Windows XP compatibility mode.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

I can only add one thing about your CPU. NWN2 doesn't utilize two cores, only one.. That means your cpu it is the equivalent of a single 2.4 Ghz core for the purpose of playing this game. Now.. 2.4 Ghz isn't bad, I used to have that myself on a single core system. If you are going to notice a speed difference or light stuttering at all it will be during the Official Campaign, and not the expansions. They coded better and run slightly smoother.

All I'm saying is not to expect the CPU performance of an Intel duo core for this game. It will be an old Intel Pentium 3 or AMD Athlon XP. I can't speak for the rest of your system components, they may very well make up for that.

I played NWN 2 on an inferior machine without any problems albeit with reduced settings. I'd wager you wouldn't run into too many problems
